Breakfast
A delicious breakfast is served between 9 am and 10 am served in the outdoor dining room overlooking the beautiful swimming pool, weather permitting.
The breakfast buffet consists at least of:
- Fresh baguette and wholegrain bread
- Crackers, breakfast cookies and French madeleines
- A croissant, pain au chocolate or homemade banana bread
- Two types of breakfast cereal
- Fruit yogurt and natural yogurt
- Coffee, tea, orange juice, milk
- Honey, syrup
- Different types of preserves
- 2 types of meat cold cuts/charcuterie
- 2 types of cheese and "la vache qui rit"
- Egg prepared according to your preference
- Fresh fruit
Dinner
From April to October, two times a week, usually on Tuesday and Thursday, we provide dinner for our guests: the so called table d’hote.
From November to March table d’hôte are served on request
Our table d’hote is served as a three-course menu and includes an aperitif and an appetizer.
We serve French cuisine but Italian and Asian food is also to be found on our menu.
Our dishes are colorful, we always use plenty of fresh vegetables and fresh fish is often on the menu. We grow a lot of fresh herbs and edible flowers and we will always try to use these in our dishes.
You can of course complete our meals with the best wines from our own region. We have a wonderful wine selection and we can help you to pair the right wine with your meal.
In winter months dinner is served inside by the beautiful fireplace. In summertime you will sit under the high plane trees and under the starry sky in the middle of our courtyard! In the early and late season dinner is served in the outdoor dining room overlooking the swimming pool; if needed heated by heat lamps.
At the end of the dinner, we too always join in for a nice chat and a drink!
For the kids a children's menu is available. The children's menu consists of a healthy and delicious main course and a dessert. In high season the children's menu is served an hour before the adults take their dinner. It has proven to be a success formula for both children and parents!

We have three luxurious double rooms and one family room with a spare bedroom for the children.
The double rooms are all very spacious, all decorated differently, each with its own color, atmosphere, style and design. They all have in common that they are equipped with a beautiful bed, an attractive old fireplace, a lovely sitting area or sofa and a huge bathroom with a bathtub and large walk-in shower.
The family room is light and spacious with a second bedroom for the children and a dining table with chairs.
The beautiful swimming pool of 6 x 12 meters is located at the end of the courtyard and is securely fenced with a gate so that it is not immediately accessible to our little ones.
The swimming pool is a salt water pool, a lot friendlier to the skin and the environment than a chlorine pool.
The pool is heated as from the last week of April till the end of October. Around the pool and in the rest of the courtyard comfortable sun beds with umbrellas are placed.
In the evening the lights go on in the pool, guests can enjoy the pool until 10 pm. We occasionally turn on the disco lighting for our young guests; party time!
Every guest is unique and so are our apartments. Are you coming with three teenage children or just one baby? Are you coming as a couple or are you taking grandma? Are you traveling as a single parent with two toddlers?
Anyone who likes to meet other people can find a nice apartment at the Domaine. There is an apartment for every taste: different in atmosphere, different in decor, different in location, different in equipment and size.
They are all different, but we like them all; there is an apartment to be found for everyone!
One of our unique selling points is the proximity of the sea/beaches and lots of beautiful cities. This guarantees for a super holiday! But there are many more things to do and see. A lot has been said about our courtyard. One of our guests once wrote that "this is what the Garden of Eden must have looked like". Several other guests have commented that they think it is an old village square. Most guests say that it is so much larger than it appears on the website.
The courtyard is the heart of the domain. 8 meters high and century-old plane trees provide filtered sunlight. In addition, we have our own fruit trees. We grow figs, plums, apricots, pears, nectarines, peaches and cherry, kakis and pomegranates. All delicious for home-made preserves, desserts and for the fruit basket at breakfast. To complete the Mediterranean picture, we have oleander bushes and two large palm trees.
Underneath the plane trees we have placed a 6 meter long table with a chandelier hanging from the branches. This is where we serve dinners but it is also a perfect table to have a drink while reading a book, to have a conversation with other guests or to play a game with your children.
There are several terraces and lounge areas to be found in the courtyard: everyone can find their own private spot.
Behind the pool you will find a terrace with a BBQ, a table tennis table and a table soccer table.
Next to the swimming pool the outdoor living room for guests is located: A 4 meter long dining table as well as a sitting area with TV can be used . At this table, overlooking the swimming pool, the day starts with breakfast. In the early and late summer season the dinners take place here as well. Sheltered but still outside. In case it’s a bit chilly, the guests are heated by the heat lamps above the table.
Looking for more fun and excitement? A boules court, a children's playground with seesaw chicken and slide, a large basket swing, two green lawns for relaxing and wonderful sun beds by the pool and under the plane trees for a nap or a good book: it is all at hand in our courtyard!
The house has it’s own ancient charm; marble fireplaces to be found in almost every room, carved ceilings and old tile floors. Once in a very distant past, it was a sheep farm (Agnelles means lambs), then the Domaine was converted by a rich wine family into a luxurious private Maison de Maitre; an old mansion.
When decorating we try to implement a contemporary style, with a big wink to the past. We use a mix of curiosities, antique items, new furniture as well as design furniture. Add some humor: images of saints chatting with each other, a more than tacky painting above the bed, a porcelain watchdog next to the entrance door of your room and you have a bit of an glimpse of our decor and decoration.
Of course we do not lose sight of comfort: we provide modern luxury such as a comfortable beds, air conditioning and luxuriously spacious bathrooms with bathtubs and showers!
A small warning: we enjoy redecorating so much, it might be possible that the pictures on the website are not entirely in accordance with reality; we change our interior regularly.
As a guest you can use our indoor living room with TV corner and table for 8 people.
In the living room you will find a large bookcase filled with books you can borrow. In the hall a second bookcase with Dutch, German, English and French books is located. These books are designated for "swap a book": leave a book behind and take out a new book. There are also plenty of glossy magazine to be found here.

In the hall we have set up two refrigerators filled with cold drinks: the so-called honesty bar. If you buy our drinks you can use the plates, cutlery, glasses, salad bowl and other bowls for a simple lunch or evening meal. We will do the dishes for you!
