• Minimum stay During high season our rooms can be rented from Saturday to Saturday. In other seasons the stay is not limited to a fixed amount of days.
• Tourist tax Prices quoted are exclusive of tourist tax, €0,88 per adult per day
• Extra bed For 1 or 2 persons (140 x 190, suitable for 2 kids), € 25 per person including breakfast
• Babies up to 2 years of age stay for free (in case of use of your own baby cot). If we place a cot, we will ask for a one-off charge of € 10. Participation in breakfast for a toddler € 6
• Table d'Hôtes / Dinner  3-course menu with delicious aperitif and appetizer € 32 p.p
• Children's menu Main and dessert € 12 per person. Depending on the number of children present, we will set up a separate children's table. They will eat dinner one hour prior to the parents. (7 pm)
• Swimming pool Heated saltwater swimming pool. Fenced and secured according to French legislation . Swimming pool is open from the last week of April to the end of October, weather permitting
• Beach towels For the swimming pool or beach rental fee of € 2.50 each, it is not allowed to take the towels from the room to the beach or swimming pool.
• Wifi  All rooms have free WiFi
• Washing machine € 5 per laundry
• Parking Free and secure parking
• Pets Pet-free accommodation
• Check–in Check-in from 4 p.m.
• Check–out Check out on Saturday is until 10 am Check out from Sunday to Friday is until 11 am.
• Advance payment If your request becomes a definite reservation, we will require an advance payment of 25% of the accommodation costs. We kindly request you to pay the remaining rental amount 6 weeks before arrival.
