A television set offers French and Dutch t/v channels. The couch in the living room can be turned into a double bed of 1.60 x 2.00 m. The apartment looks out on the patio. On this patio a terrace is reserved for the inhabitants of the apartment. The apartment is situated between the ground floor and 1st floor and can be reached by using the outside staircase. The outside staircase takes you to your own terrace and the patio.
